Men vad som \u00e4r den b\u00e4sta l\u00f6sningen varierar, alla bolag ser olika ut och det som \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r just ditt f\u00f6retag \u00e4r kanske nice-to-have f\u00f6r ett annat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">I takt med att f\u00f6retaget f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras (v\u00e4xer, blir mindre, etablerar sig utomlands etc.) kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6rmodligen nya tankes\u00e4tt vilket medf\u00f6r att den gamla l\u00f6sningen inte l\u00e4ngre fungerar som den var t\u00e4nkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">Jag har skrivit ner n\u00e5gra tankar och tips om ett omr\u00e5de som \u00e4r centralt men ocks\u00e5 ganska sv\u00e5rt i ett f\u00f6retag, l\u00f6neprocessen. Hur v\u00e4l detta sk\u00f6ts handlar mycket om hur dina chefer har det och vilket st\u00f6d som finns f\u00f6r dom att utf\u00f6ra l\u00f6nerevision och l\u00f6nesamtal p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta m\u00f6jliga s\u00e4tt. L\u00f6neprocessen \u00e4r en \u201dbas\u201d som visar att ditt f\u00f6retag \u00e4r en professionell och seri\u00f6s arbetsgivare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-heading-default-4-font-size\"><strong>L\u00f6nerevision &amp; l\u00f6nesamtal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F\u00f6rbered dina chefer!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">En l\u00f6nerevision och l\u00f6nesamtal \u00e4r en viktig del i en anst\u00e4llning. F\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar fr\u00e5n medarbetare skall hanteras och resultat skall m\u00e4tas mot varandra. Chefen beh\u00f6ver ta beslut, ibland l\u00e4tta, ibland sv\u00e5ra. Har ditt f\u00f6retag kollektivavtal \u00e4r processen mera styrd men har du inte detta beh\u00f6ver du se till att det finns en tydlig och bra process oavsett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">Det kan ocks\u00e5 vara v\u00e4rdefullt att arbeta med det som kallas prestationshantering vilket handlar om att peka organisationen i r\u00e4tt riktning och f\u00e5 alla medarbetare att arbeta mot samma m\u00e5l. Genom att arbeta mot samma m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning och m\u00e4tetal kan det \u00e4ven vara enklare f\u00f6r den enskilda anst\u00e4llda att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 varf\u00f6r hens arbete \u00e4r viktigt och hur det kan p\u00e5verka hela organisationen och hur detta sedan kan kopplas till l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">I l\u00f6neprocessen kan det vara sv\u00e5rt att m\u00f6tas som chef och medarbetare, samtidigt som det \u00e4r viktigt att vi agerar r\u00e4tt utifr\u00e5n v\u00e5r verksamhet. Ser du till att dina chefer f\u00e5r r\u00e4tt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och extra st\u00f6ttning i dessa l\u00e4gen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Var &amp; hur regleras l\u00f6nerna?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00f6nerna styrs vanligen av det l\u00f6neavtal som f\u00f6retaget omfattas av och detta beh\u00f6ver alla dina chefer ha god kontroll \u00f6ver. Har ni kollektivavtal f\u00f6ljer man detta, annars brukar vanligen dessa delar skrivas in i t ex anst\u00e4llningsavtal d\u00e4r man reglerar tidpunkt, frekvens osv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">De flesta kollektivavtalen inom tj\u00e4nstesektorn har f\u00f6retagets f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar som utg\u00e5ngspunkt f\u00f6r l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar. Avtalen kan \u00e4ven inneh\u00e5lla regler om vad som g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r det fall man inte enas p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagsniv\u00e5. D\u00e5 finns ofta en regel om vad som ska g\u00e4lla utifr\u00e5n normerande avtal f\u00f6r sektorn eller branschen. Vissa kollektivavtal har en f\u00f6rdefinierad siffra p\u00e5 l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar som ska g\u00e4lla i f\u00f6retagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S\u00e4tt en policy och grundprocess<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">Det \u00e4r viktigt att ha en l\u00f6nepolicy att utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n. D\u00e4r ska medarbetarna kunna f\u00e5 veta vad arbetsgivaren och chefen bed\u00f6mer inf\u00f6r l\u00f6nesamtalet, vilka prestationer och resultat som kan leda till l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar samt hur marknadsl\u00f6nerna kan p\u00e5verka l\u00f6neutvecklingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">Det \u00e4r viktigt att g\u00e5 igenom det l\u00f6neavtal som ska till\u00e4mpas i f\u00f6retaget, l\u00e4gga upp en tidplan f\u00f6r genomf\u00f6randet som \u00e4r h\u00e5llbar, i vissa fall kan facken bjudas in till en diskussion om f\u00f6retagets ekonomiska f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar, f\u00f6rankring av processen samt planering av eventuell f\u00f6rhandling avseende l\u00f6nerna f\u00f6r de medlemmar som de fackliga organisationerna p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen har.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fem punkter f\u00f6r chefen att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 inf\u00f6r ett l\u00f6nesamtal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Framtid:<\/strong>&nbsp;Diskutera framtida m\u00e5l och f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar f\u00f6r b\u00e5de medarbetaren och organisationen. Visa att du \u00e4r intresserad av medarbetarens karri\u00e4rutveckling och framtida m\u00e5l, och hj\u00e4lp till att identifiera m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r deras utveckling. Sammanfatta \u00e5tg\u00e4rder och uppf\u00f6ljning som ska genomf\u00f6ras efter l\u00f6nesamtalet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F\u00f6rberedelse:<\/strong>&nbsp;F\u00f6rbered ordentligt inf\u00f6r l\u00f6nesamtalet genom att samla in relevant data, t.ex. prestationer och resultat, och g\u00f6r en bed\u00f6mning av medarbetarens prestationer under den senaste tidsperioden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kommunikation:<\/strong>&nbsp;F\u00f6rklara syftet med l\u00f6nesamtalet p\u00e5 ett tydligt s\u00e4tt, och var \u00f6ppen f\u00f6r att lyssna p\u00e5 medarbetarens synpunkter och \u00e5sikter. Anv\u00e4nd ett tydligt och \u00f6ppet spr\u00e5k, och undvik facktermer eller brist p\u00e5 transparens i kommunikationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Feedback:<\/strong>&nbsp;Ge feedback till medarbetaren om prestationer och resultat, b\u00e5de positiv och negativ, och var s\u00e5 specifik som m\u00f6jligt. Diskutera b\u00e5de styrkor och omr\u00e5den f\u00f6r f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring, och var konstruktiv i din feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u00f6n:<\/strong>&nbsp;Diskutera l\u00f6n och f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner \u00f6ppet och transparent, och var beredd att ge en motivering f\u00f6r de beslut som du tar. Om du k\u00e4nner dig redo att v\u00e4xla \u00f6ver fr\u00e5n excel finns det enkla s\u00e4tt att b\u00f6rja och du kommer snabbt se m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rdelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">Processen \u00e4r enkel i ett HR-system och ger en annan s\u00e4kerhet och \u00f6versikt vilket inneb\u00e4r att du har m\u00f6jlighet att ge dina viktiga chefer ett bra st\u00f6d och de kommer k\u00e4nna sig professionella och ha \u201d koll p\u00e5 l\u00e4get\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F\u00f6rberedande<\/strong><br>Den som \u00e4r \u00f6vergripande ansvarig p\u00e5 f\u00f6retaget f\u00f6r l\u00f6nerevisionen startar processen. Om allt \u00e4r uppsatt som det ska har du tillg\u00e5ng till f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5rs l\u00f6nerevision f\u00f6r att kunna j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med den som ska s\u00e4ttas upp f\u00f6r detta \u00e5r. Exkludera medarbetare som precis blivit anst\u00e4llda eller redan f\u00e5tt en l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning av andra sk\u00e4l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">Du har \u00e4ven tillg\u00e5ng till en l\u00f6nerevisionsrapport som visar information per bolag, land och datum om du har en koncern eller finns i flera l\u00e4nder. S\u00e4tt upp h\u00e5rda eller mjuka gr\u00e4nser f\u00f6r hur stor \u00f6kningen ska vara och sedan kan l\u00f6nerevisionen dras ig\u00e5ng och hanteras av alla chefer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chefens arbete<\/strong><br>Cheferna f\u00e5r en \u00f6versikt fr\u00e5n tidigare \u00e5rs h\u00f6jningar f\u00f6r sina direktrapporterande och kan hantera b\u00e5de kollektivavtalsh\u00f6jningar samt individuell h\u00f6jning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e4r cheferna \u00e4r klara skickas f\u00f6rslaget vidare f\u00f6r godk\u00e4nnande. N\u00e4r alla medarbetare f\u00e5tt rapporterad h\u00f6jning godk\u00e4nns f\u00f6rslagen av h\u00f6gsta chef vilket i sin tur skapar nya kompensationspaket som skickas till integrerade l\u00f6nesystemet f\u00f6r att hanteras av l\u00f6neavdelningen. Hela processen kan effektivt och s\u00e4kert utf\u00f6ras inom b\u00e4sta m\u00f6jliga tidsplan beroende p\u00e5 antal medarbetare och l\u00f6nesamtal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-heading-default-4-font-size\"><strong>V\u00e5ga satsa och fokusera p\u00e5 en l\u00f6sning som passar dig!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" wp-block-paragraph\">Jag hoppas att detta inl\u00e4gg har inspirerat dig att se \u00f6ver l\u00f6neprocessen f\u00f6r att ge dina chefer det st\u00f6d dom f\u00f6rtj\u00e4nar. Jag vill ocks\u00e5 sl\u00e5 ett extra slag f\u00f6r det st\u00f6d som du kan f\u00e5 via ett HR-system f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa cheferna i processen och ge dem \u00f6versikt och s\u00e4kerhet.
