ECIT AS hereby announces that it has acquired minority stakes in the closely connected companies Optimum Solutions Ltd and Solumada SARL. ECIT has acquired a 40% ownership interest in each company, with an option to acquire a majority stake.
While Optimum Solutions is based in Mauritius, Solumada is based in Madagascar.
