ECIT’s Finnish subsidiary, ECIT Norian Oy, has signed an agreement to acquire 51% of Palkkatalo Oy.
Palkkatalo provides payroll services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and also serves as a subcontractor for accounting firms across Finland.

Heidi Langinkoski will step in as Managing Director of the company.
