ECIT AS is pleased to announce that Reknes AS has become part of ECIT. ECIT has acquired 60% of the shares in the company.
Reknes offers a software platform specifically designed and developed for the Norwegian environmental and recycling industry, with 35 years of industry experience. The solution is cloud-based and supports the automation and standardisation of business processes for both small and large companies.
“This acquisition strengthens ECIT’s portfolio within business solutions and expands our delivery capacity – particularly in efficient, industry-specific solutions for the environmental and recycling sector, with a stronger focus on the ‘E’ in ESG. At the same time, it increases our visibility in Sunnmøre and the Ålesund region.
