ECIT AS hereby announces that VALIDI Sverige AB has become a part of ECIT. ECIT has acquired 65 % of the company.

The acquisition means that ECIT strengthens its customer offering within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and expands its presence in Jönköping.
ECIT has acquired 65% of the shares in the company, and Cecilia Käppi (MD) and Johan Zackrisson remain as shareholders.
