On 25 March 2022 Y-Not ApS, a company closely associated to PDMR Klaus Jensen, purchased 50,000 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 6,815 per share. After the transaction Klaus Jensen’s total number of shares, including the shares owned by persons closely associated to him, is 14 965 253 shares.
